The promise
This is something which i hold dearly to my heart as it is greatly followed by my girlfriend and i. Well, to some this might me an opportunity to hurt another during a tough time, to some this might mean the world, but to us, its our life. Promises aren’t just words, they are milestones in life which couples, friends, groups, families make a point to remember and put their effort into doing continuously. A truce which will never be broken, a sentence of words which would decide the fate of some. Never have i once valued a promise so much till ive met you. It has been the greatest 341 days of my life knowing you. Yes we had our ups and downs like every couple would have and we have pulled each other through the tough times we both have encountered during the course of this relationship. Carolyn, my wife, my girlfriend, my bestfriend, my soul mate, the melody to the songs i write, the meaning to the words which come forth from my mouth, Yes even the sun sets in paradise but i promise you that never will you ever be alone in the cold. I might be far away from you but no matter how much effort it takes me, i will never leave you alone in the cold. You have been a blessing to me this past year and with many years to come, i hold onto this promise that we have made to each other. You are everything a man could ask for. You’re smart, charming, beautiful, amazing, brilliant unique, funny, cute and best of all, you are the definition of how a woman should treat a man. Yes there are times which aren’t as beautiful like the others but if a man really loves you, he would know that these are the times when you are expressing how much you love him. I agree at sometimes i might have been the biggest prick and the dumbest guy but never have i once took my eyes off you. I deserve to have you because i believe that i know what you would want and need. Thank you for everything and to the many years to come, God bless us and our dreams and goals together. I love you.
